Ancient Forest Adventure Tour

We’ve recently partnered with Educational Recreational Adventures (ERA), a non-profit that leads tours into Oregon’s untouched backcountry. Dr. Jeffry Gottfried, an environmental biologist, will teach you how to identify native plants and local wildlife. We highlight an Ancient Forest Tour, which is a great gorgeous hike down to Opal Creek (pictured below), as you take a time machine hiking among 1000 year old trees and breathtaking waterfalls. We provide the transportation; he provides the education. This is a great learning tool for a group of kids and their families and anyone interested in learning about the forest.
